White Turnips
When you want to get white turnips you will need to go to Joan who sells turnips between 6 A.M-12 P.M on Sundays. The white turnips are more risky though because the prices they are are unknown, for example, if you spent 1,000 bells on one, you could end up selling them to Tom Nook for only 350 bells! Though, you can check with Tom Nook several times a day and maybe the prices will rise. If you really are lucky though, Joan will sell you the white turnips for 600 bells each!
Tricks
If your white turnips are fully grown and ready to be pulled out but you're afraid they will rot before you get a good price, you can save them in your house! Thats right! You just pull the turnip out the ground, and then walk into your home. Drop any item, (except your turnip), in front on a table in your home. Steap on it, then your turnip will be steadily set on your table! Also keep in mind that you can sell your turnips in your friend's towns too! That's the way you play it to get the big bells!
Red Turnips
The same way you buy white turnips, you can purchase red turnips. Make sure you water it daily. This chart below shows the
money you can get off of the turnips each day.
