728,000 to upgrade
AWESOME! You've got a manison now lucky duck! But you still don't got the best house you can possibly get!

And look again! You've just upgraded your house to a medium mansion!

Yes, yes, these upgrades are quite pricy, but I promise you, if you think "bigger is better," you will surely think afterwards it was allll worth it!

Nook is such a great guy! He plays it safe and sometimes ya outta play it that way.... not really!
Anways he owns a little store in your town. He's also important in your life here's good reasons why...
1. He is the only person who will build houses and sell them in your town.
2. He sells you your furniture and other items.
3. He buys almost anything from you including, bugs, fish & even fruit! He does'nt buy tires or cans yu might catch in when you're fishing by acciendnt!
Other reasons that Tom Nook is a good guy are...
1. He is modest.
2.He does'nt rush you with your mortage payment.
3. He is always kind....
...to think of I could go ON AND ON how good he is! But there is one thing that really makes me mad that he does....
He follows me everywhere I walk when I am at his store! He's like a stalker!
